Team Coaching:

Assessments:
An important component in identifying how a leader's style, personality, and behavior are related to their effectiveness.
• Qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO B, and Strong Interest Inventory.
• The PCSI (Personal Coaching/Communication Skills Inventory) is also available.
• 360 degree / multi-rater feedback tools are available.
